Getting Started
Palytics helps you organize, track, and analyze your important life decisions. Here's how to get started:
- Create Your First Decision: Tap the "+" button on the Home tab
- Fill in Details: Add a title, description, category, and importance level
- Track Progress: Update the status as you work through your decision
- Analyze Patterns: Use the Stats tab to understand your decision-making trends

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is my data safe and private?
A: Yes! All your data is stored locally on your device. Palytics does not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal information or decision data.
Q: Can I backup my decisions?
A: Your decisions are automatically included in your device's iCloud backup if you have that feature enabled in iOS Settings. The app itself does not provide cloud sync features.
Q: How do I delete a decision?
A: Swipe left on any decision in the Home or History tab and tap the delete button. You can also delete from the decision detail view.
Q: What's the difference between importance levels?
A: Low importance for minor daily decisions, Medium for significant choices that affect your routine, and High for life-changing decisions with long-term impact.
Q: How do templates work?
A: Templates provide pre-filled decision structures for common scenarios. You can use built-in templates or create custom ones. When creating a decision from a template, all fields are pre-populated but can be edited.
Q: Can I export my decision data?
A: Currently, Palytics focuses on local storage and privacy. Data export features may be considered for future updates while maintaining our privacy-first approach.
Q: The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
A: Try restarting the app first. If issues persist, restart your device. Make sure you're running the latest version of Palytics and iOS.
